4- How to clear the name of many objects on the floor plan in one operation.

For our example we have created a small table using simple objects of Furniture type.

Unfortunately we have forgotten to erase the default FURNITURE name in the Adjusting Adding Preferences window, before we have put each object on the floor plan.  So now the name FURNITURE is displayed on each object.   Of course we can select each object separately and clear its name but it exists a faster way.

Be sure to select only the objects that we want their name to be cleared.  (For that, use the appropriated selection commands found in the Edition Tools section.)

After selecting the objects, click the Operations on Selected Objects button in the Edition Tools section.

In the Operation on 5 Selected Objects window, click the Objects Specifications button.

In the Specifications for 5 Selected Objects window, hold down simultaneously the Left Shift key + Left Control key + Left Alternate key and click the OK button.  Release the keys after the click.

A warning window appears asking you to confirm the operation.  Click the OK button.

As you see the names of all the selected objects have been cleared.
